Freddy Jones is a Master’s-level clinician who utilizes evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and family systems approaches. His clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, trauma, and family conflict. Freddy has extensive experience working with high-risk youth and adolescents, including those experiencing school-related behavioral and mental health concerns.
He also has specialized experience working with families through Multisystemic Therapy (MST)-informed interventions, helping caregivers strengthen parenting strategies, improve communication, and create healthier family dynamics. In addition to his work with youth and families, Freddy supports individuals and couples in strengthening emotional connection, communication, and relationship functioning.

Freddy approaches therapy from a strength-based, collaborative, and client-centered perspective, believing that meaningful change occurs when clients feel supported, understood, and empowered. His therapeutic approach integrates trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and practical skill-building to help clients develop insight, improve emotional regulation, and build healthier patterns in their personal and relational lives. Freddy is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore challenges, develop resilience, and work toward sustainable personal growth.
Experience:
Freddy brings over 15 years of experience working with youth, families, and individuals across community-based, behavioral health, and school-related settings. His work has focused on supporting adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges, particularly those at risk for school disciplinary action or severe behavioral health needs. Through his MST-informed work, he has helped families strengthen structure, improve communication, and develop effective parenting strategies to support long-term stability.
In addition, Freddy co-facilitates relationship growth sessions and events through C.U.R.A.T.E. for Relationships, an initiative he has helped develop over the past five years. Through this work, he supports singles and couples in navigating relational challenges, strengthening communication, and fostering healthy, intentional relationships.
