Counseling Questions
Counseling is beneficial for anyone navigating stress, overwhelm, life transitions, or trauma. You don’t have to wait for a crisis to seek support. Therapy can be a proactive investment in your well‑being — a way to build a “toolbox” of coping skills, emotional awareness, and grounding strategies before challenges arise.
Sometimes you simply need a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your feelings, process your experiences, or reconnect with yourself. Therapy offers that space. It’s an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and grow with the guidance of a trained professional who is focused on your healing and your goals.
If you’ve been considering therapy, or even if you’re just curious, this may be the right time to take that step toward greater clarity, peace, and emotional resilience.
During the intake process we ask for your preferences (i.e. male or female). We do our best to match with the best fit the first time. In the event we missed the mark, we are happy to try to find you a better fit within the practice.
We are primarily an in-person facility. Telehealth sessions are available on a case-by-case basis for emergency situations only.
