How we make a difference.
Therapy & Psychiatry
Our multidisciplinary team delivers individual, couples, family, and group therapy, supported by psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Clients show significant reductions in symptoms, improved functioning, and strong engagement across every service line.
Blended Case Management
Our Blended Case Management team connects individuals and families to the resources that create lasting change: housing advocacy, healthcare coordination, transportation, and crisis response, backed by strong partnerships across Allegheny County.
In-home Parent Coaching & Supervised Visitation
Under our Allegheny County CYF contract, VTP delivers supervised visitation and parent coaching aimed at reunification and preventing out-of-home placement. Families show measurable gains in parenting skills, communication, safety practices, and consistency, and many progress from supervised to unsupervised visits.

We're trained for the moments that matter.
Across every program, we hold to safety, cultural responsiveness, and evidence-based practice. Our staff completed extensive training in trauma-informed care, de-escalation, mandated reporting, and family systems work. Internal quality-improvement processes strengthened service delivery, reduced wait times, and increased client satisfaction.
Available seven days a week, our commitment extends beyond referrals—we walk alongside our clients every step of the way.
An ongoing mission.
We continue to expand our impact by integrating services, reducing barriers, and supporting families at every stage of need. Our work reflects a clear commitment to healing, stability, and longterm family success—advancing the shared goals of Allegheny County CYF, community partners, and the families we serve.
