Brittany Scoggins
Blended Case Management Supervisor
I am passionate about helping children, families, and individuals navigate life’s challenges while building stability, confidence, and hope for the future. Throughout my career in healthcare, behavioral health, and human services, I have had the opportunity to support individuals from many different backgrounds, including those facing crisis situations, barriers to care, mental health challenges, and difficult life transitions.
As the BCM Supervisor at Vision Toward Peace LLC, I lead with compassion, empathy, and a strong belief that every person deserves to feel supported, heard, and empowered. I enjoy mentoring staff, collaborating with families and community providers, and helping clients access the tools and resources they need to thrive. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is advocating for children and families and helping create positive, lasting change within their lives and communities.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Southern New Hampshire University and completed my MBA in 2025. My professional background includes experience in managed care, hospital systems, case coordination, crisis response, staff support, and healthcare operations. I also have a strong interest in leadership development, emotional intelligence, process improvement, and community impact.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and loved ones, making memories with children, focusing on personal growth and wellness, and finding opportunities to uplift and encourage others. I believe that even during difficult seasons, people can continue to grow, heal, and move forward with the right support system and guidance.
